CHEF

Responsibilities
- Independent completion of preparation measures (mise en place)
- Production and preparation of dishes at the respective station for the à la carte business
- Goods receipt (checking delivery quantities, quality, temperatures, weights) and monitoring inventory
- Supporting the head chef with daily orders for the stations
- Implementation and monitoring of hygiene regulations according to the pirrung HACCP concept
- Cleaning and maintenance of all work equipment and devices
- Mentoring apprentices
