Peter Wirbel is convinced: "What defines us is the taste!" The foundation for this standard is laid by our product quality. The Saarbrücken native uses – whenever possible – regional ingredients from the Bliesgau. His goal is for 80 percent of what is on the plate to come from the biosphere. That is why the trust-based partnership with Saarland producers is at the heart of our concept. The recognition with a star in the MICHELIN Guide Germany 2024 confirms we are on the right path.
